Find Workers

Health SciencesWhether you are expanding your existing Carteret County business, moving a business to the Crystal Coast, or starting a new enterprise, finding a first-class workforce is one of your highest priorities. Fortunately, Carteret County is in an advantageous position to attract workers because so many people want to live here.

Our proximity to Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point also provides access to a constant pipeline of separating Marines and dependents who are highly skilled and who possess the work ethic and soft skills that employers require.
